canada’s last historic wwii air force base

ABOUT Escape Camp Picton

LOCALLY/FAMILY OWNED

Escape Camp Picton started out as a dream. Our family are big game enthusiasts. We began attending escape rooms while traveling as a way to spend quality family time. After experiencing some not-so-great escapes, we were inspired to create our own escape room. Glen Wallis and his daughter Vanessa teamed up together to design, build and create a unique and authentic escape room experience in an actual WW2 air base barrack in PEC.

We opened Escape Camp Picton in 2019.

HISTORY

Inspired by the location at one of the last standing WW2 air force training bases in Canada, we created an escape room experience informed by the 1940s-1950s. All of our games, puzzles and clues are based off of historical facts and spy craft techniques used during WW2. Whether you are a history buff, or not, you will enjoy our puzzles and learn some spy techniques used during WW2.

OUR ROOMS

We currently have 3 indoor escape room games available.

-A Spy’s workshop (2-5 players)

-The Secret Guild (4-12 players)

-The Spy is Born (2-5 players)

We can accommodate 20 players at one time over the 3 rooms. Great for parties, family gatherings or corporate team building.
